Snail farm for Burgundy snails, also called escargots, from mr. Nuss in Beekbergen. He keeps the animals on a plot of land and feeds them biodegradable waste. The canned snails are put into snail's shells by cooks, stewed and served in a restaurant in Apeldoorn.
