Struycken, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Internal Affairs, Joseph Luns, Minister of Foreign Affairs, J.M.L.T. Cals, Minister of Education, arts and Science, Jelle Zijlstra, Minister of Economic Affairs, J. Algera, Minister of Transport, Public Works and Water Management, Sicco Mansholt, Minister of Agriculture and Fishery, J.G. Suurhoff, Minister of Internal Affairs, Prof. Ivo Samkalden, Minister of Justice, C. Staf, Minister of War and Navy, H.J.
